Service is great, sushi is exceptional. I do not order anything with "Krab" but there are plenty of great choices and they do not skimp on the ginger! Conveniently located in downtown Prescott and worth time.
Amazing Sushi place! $6 for six huge pieces of salmon roll - it was so fresh & the wasabi was the real deal not like the play dough w/ a little horseradish like so many places. Also, had the squid salad- large cuts of squid not the tiny pieces. Well done! I'll definitely be back! The service was also fantastic- very attentive:)
What a lovely experience! It was pretty busy and appeared to only have one server, but she was really great! We ordered a few rolls (Arizona, Volcano, and eel) and some spicy edamame and it was soooo good. All tasted fresh, had great textures, and unique flavors for each roll. This place definitely stands out as having quality sushi!

This place was delicious and great. If you're wanting something different at Whiskey Row, this is it. Laura was our server and was helpful with the menu and really sweet. We loved our sushi, The Crazy was my favorite. My husband's fave was The Green Dragon with extra spice and jalapeños. The fried wontons were served fresh, very hot and very delicious. We'll come here again next time we're in town!
Delicious meal! We had the sashimi combo B and yellowtail "kama" (collar). Super fresh. Great service. Will be back soon.
Late review, 2nd time we've been here. Excellent both times. We started with miso soup and garlic edamame - yum! We ordered the Ginza, Caterpillar and Kamikaze rolls and they were very good. Service was good and food was received in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
We just love Ginza because it's about as good as you can get sashimi sushi udon etc in Prescott. I know the five stars is a high rating if this place were in Hawaii I'd give it a three. In Vegas or pacific coast cities a four. Just to calibrate you. The service is very good never wrong. The atmosphere is great and location is perfect. They had fresh Uni in that was very good!! That's is rare in Prescott or almost anywhere. Cause it's gotta be fresh to have that refreshing ocean smell and flavor. Versus musty old! The fish was all great that we had in the combo. The raffish spears are really tasty and good. However not as appealing as the shredded version. But if your in the mood for some great Japanese food this is great!! It's locally owned and operated.
Immediately greeted and seated. I'm not going to say I'm a sushi snob.....more so a sushi connoisseur. We regularly make it at home. I always struggle having sushi when friends and family suggest it, in the desert. This place was incredibly tasty. A large variety of roll options. My mum loved her upon noodle soup. Small family restaurant. If you are in the mood for sushi in AZ, this place is worth a stop.
